I have a separate journal devoted only to recording thoughts, prayers, revelations, and recording questions over what I read each day. This has helped me stay focused and is fun to go back and review how the living word speaks differently to me each time I read the same verse and chapter.
Also, I am not a morning person (at all!!). I decide during this time to wake up early so that I can read. Now I will be honest... I read, then go back to sleep, lol. But nonetheless I get up and read. This has worked best for me. I pray however you find the time, that your time is quiet and still and a moment of just you and God time.
I am up at 5:30 every morning and I get to work by 6:30 so I read for 30 mins before I start work. Then I read during my lunch and 20 mins during my break. Whatever I don't finish I make sure to read before I got to bed. It is only day 3 but it has worked for me. Love u ladies and stay blessed.
